Live deal copilot for B2B AEs and founders

Your pricing, proof and Playbook.
On screen while the deal is live.

Sales Copilot is a real-time sales call assistant for account executives and founders who sell. It listens through your desktop audio and puts answers on your screen, drawn from your own pricing sheet, case studies and Playbook. No bot joins the meeting, and no audio recordings are stored.

Illustrative live conversation: the prospect says 'We need finance approval' and Sales Copilot suggests the next question, 'Who will approve the evaluation?'

What is a real-time sales call assistant?

A real-time sales call assistant is software that follows a live sales conversation and suggests what to say while the call is still happening: answers to pricing questions, responses to objections, competitor positioning and technical facts. An AI notetaker summarizes the call after it ends; a real-time assistant helps during it.

Sales Copilot is a real-time sales call assistant that runs as a desktop app. It captures your microphone and system audio instead of joining the meeting as a bot, and it grounds suggestions in the Prospect brief, materials and Playbook you attach to each deal. Before and after the call, the same app handles preparation, AI rehearsal and the debrief.

Grounded in your own materials.
Attach your pricing sheet, case studies, specs and security answers. The copilot draws on them, not on generic sales advice.
No bot in the meeting.
It runs on your desktop alongside your meeting app, using system audio. Nothing joins the participant list.
One loop per deal.
Prepare, rehearse, go live and debrief on the same Prospect, so every call starts where the last one left off.

Answers from your deal, not from a script.

When a buyer pushes on price, asks for proof or names a competitor, you get a response to work with while the conversation is still live.

Prospect
“If we sign for two years, what can you do on price? And has anyone our size actually rolled this out?”
Copilot
  • Clarify: “Before we talk discount, what does a two-year term need to prove for you?”
  • Pricing sheet: Your attached sheet lists multi-year terms. Offer only what it allows.
  • Proof: Mention the attached case study for a team of similar size, if it fits.
  • Next step: Offer to send the case study and a written term option today.
Illustrative response for a fictional prospect and fictional materials. Check the facts and choose what to say.
Pricing questions, from your sheet.
Attach the pricing and packaging you actually sell to give suggestions context about what you can offer.
Proof on demand.
Case studies and security materials in your Library become talking points when a buyer asks “who else uses this?”
Competitor questions, covered.
Put your positioning in a Playbook so the copilot uses it when a competitor's name comes up.
Ask, stop or steer.
Request help on demand, cut a response short, or tell the copilot what to focus on for the rest of the call.

You stay in your meeting app. The copilot sits alongside it on your desktop, and what you say is still your call.

How it works

Prep, rehearse, go live, debrief. One loop.

Most tools cover one moment of the deal. Sales Copilot keeps the whole cycle on one Prospect, so the context you build before the call is there when it counts.

  1. Prepare

Write a Prospect brief, attach materials from your Library and pick the Playbook for this conversation.

  2. Rehearse

Practice with an AI buyer persona at Cooperative, Realistic or Challenging difficulty, using the same context.

  3. Go live

Get on-screen answers and talking points during the real call, automatically or on request.

  4. Debrief

Review feedback with transcript evidence, the Account Action Plan and the coaching memory you carry forward.

Illustrative preparation for a fictional prospect: account context, a conversation goal, attached materials and a selected Playbook.

Load the answers before the call.

A Prospect keeps your deal context together: the brief, the materials you attach and the Playbook you choose. The copilot has something specific to work with when you go live.

Illustrative rehearsal with an AI counterpart playing an Economic buyer at Realistic difficulty.

Hear the hardest questions first.

Rehearse with an AI buyer that uses your Prospect, materials and Playbook. You speak; the counterpart replies in text. Work through the objections before the buyer raises them.

Illustrative debrief for a fictional prospect: transcript evidence shows finance approval came up; the next conversation should confirm the decision owner.
After the call

Know what worked. Know what's next.

Revisit the transcript behind your feedback, keep the Account Action Plan with the Prospect, and carry a focus into your next rehearsal and call.

Feedback with receipts.
Strengths and practice opportunities, with evidence from the conversation.
A next step you can act on.
The Account Action Plan stays connected to the same Prospect.
A copilot that learns your gaps.
Inspect coaching memory and bring it into the next call.

Built for the people who carry the number.

Founder-led sales

You know the product better than anyone, but not every price point, security answer and case study by heart. Keep them on screen when a buyer asks.

B2B account executives

Run discovery, demos and negotiations with your own materials one glance away, then debrief and walk into the next call with a plan.

The first sales hire

Questions buyers ask.

What is a real-time sales call assistant?

It's software that follows a live sales conversation and suggests what to say while the call is still happening, such as answers to pricing questions, objection responses and product facts. Sales Copilot does this from a desktop app, using your microphone and system audio and the materials and Playbook you attach to each Prospect.

How is Sales Copilot different from an AI notetaker?

Notetakers mainly help after the call with summaries and follow-ups. Sales Copilot is built for the moment a question lands: it surfaces talking points on your screen during the call, then gives you a debrief and Account Action Plan afterwards.

Does a bot join my meeting?

No. Sales Copilot runs as a desktop app and captures microphone and system audio. You stay in your meeting app; nothing is added to the participant list.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Sales Copilot uses your microphone and desktop system audio rather than a meeting integration, so capture support depends on your operating system, permissions and meeting app. Check the audio permissions guide before your first call.

Where do the answers come from?

From the live conversation plus the context you give it: your Prospect brief, the documents you attach from your Library (for example a pricing sheet, case studies or security materials) and the Playbook you select. AI output can be wrong, so check facts before you say them.

Can I practice before a big call?

Yes. Rehearse with an AI counterpart using the same Prospect, materials and Playbook. Pick a buyer persona, such as Economic buyer or Procurement, and a difficulty level: Cooperative, Realistic or Challenging. You speak; the counterpart replies in text.

Are my calls recorded?

The product does not store raw audio, recordings, screenshots or screen video. Live audio is sent to our backend and speech-recognition provider to produce text. Transcripts, debriefs and coaching memory are kept with no automatic expiry by default. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

How much does Sales Copilot cost?

See Pricing for current subscription prices and availability. Personal use requires a Personal subscription; a valid Team subscription covers its admitted members. There is no free trial or preview.

Who is responsible for telling the other people on the call?

You and your organization are responsible for the notice and consent obligations that apply to each call. Sales Copilot does not collect participant consent on your behalf.
