What happens to your calls.

Sales Copilot is a desktop app. When you press Start on a call, it captures two audio streams on your computer: your microphone, and your computer’s system audio, which carries the other people on the call.

• Capture starts only when you press Start. When the app notices a call, it shows an invitation; it doesn’t start capturing.
• No meeting bot joins the call, and nothing is added to the participant list.
• It doesn’t use your camera, and it doesn’t read, capture or store your screen.

Transcripts, Debriefs and coaching memory don’t expire automatically. They stay until you delete them.

Your Personal workspace and every Team are separate. Creating or joining a Team doesn’t move or share anything from Personal.

No one can watch or listen to a call while it’s live.

Sales Copilot checks your current Team membership and role before showing workspace data. When someone leaves or is removed from a Team, their access ends.

• The desktop app signs in through your browser, and stays signed in using your operating system’s secure storage.
• We don’t store your password.
• Deleting an account or a Team asks you to confirm your identity again first.

Sales Copilot asks your operating system to leave its windows out of screen sharing. That covers the live suggestion window, the call indicator and the workspace. It’s on by default. To turn it off, go to Account → Privacy & permissions and switch off “Hide Sales Copilot from screen share and the Dock” on macOS, or “Hide Sales Copilot from screen share” on Windows.

Requires macOS 14.4 or later.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. You enter card details in their checkout, and we never see your card number. We receive your plan, seat count and payment status.

• The macOS and Windows apps are signed, and the macOS app is notarized, through each operating system’s standard process.
• The app asks before it downloads an update and before it restarts. It never installs an update during a call, and it checks each update before installing it.

Sales Copilot doesn’t collect consent from the other people on a call. You and your organization are responsible for any notice or consent that applies, such as recording and transcription laws where you and the people you speak with are.
