Is there a free trial?
No. Your Personal workspace needs the Pro subscription, and there is no free trial or preview. Team members are covered by their Team's subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel renewal from your workspace's billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; cancelling doesn't refund the unused part. Cancellation Policy
How do refunds work?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment you want refunded and tell us why. Support reviews every request, and approval isn't guaranteed. Your statutory rights and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Refund Policy
Is tax included?
No. Prices are shown before tax. Paddle, our merchant of record, calculates the tax for your country at checkout and sends the receipt.
Do Team members need their own plan?
No. The Team subscription covers every admitted member for their work in the Team. Each member's Personal workspace stays separate.
How do Team seats work?
Buy 2 to 500 seats. Removing a member frees their seat for someone new. If you lower your seat count, the seats you've already paid for stay usable until renewal.
Which computers does it run on?
The desktop app runs on macOS 14.4 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel) and 64-bit Windows. Pick yours on the download page.
What does it store?
No call recordings, screenshots or screen video. Transcripts and Debriefs are kept in your workspace. Privacy Policy
