- One person, private by default. Your personal data stays in your Personal workspace.
- Team
- Members and roles in a separate workspace. The Team subscription covers admitted members; they do not need a separate Personal subscription for Team access.
- Kept separate
- Creating, joining, or switching Teams does not move your personal data or change its visibility.
Before you choose
Does joining a Team replace my Personal workspace?
No. Your Personal workspace remains independent. Each workspace has its own subscription and data.
Does everyone on a Team need a separate subscription?
No. A valid Team subscription covers the Team's admitted members. A Personal subscription is separate from Team access.
