The first time you open it.
Three prompts, once. After that, Sales Copilot opens straight to your calls.
Step 1: Sign in, then choose Open
BrowserSales Copilot opens a sign-in page in your browser. After you sign in, the browser asks to open the app. Choose Open Sales Copilot.
Step 2: Allow the microphone
Mac + WindowsSo the app hears you. On Windows, allow microphone access if Windows asks.
Step 3: Allow System Audio Recording
Mac onlySo the app hears the other side of the call. Mac only. It doesn't see your screen.

- 01DownloadOpen the link on your computer. The page picks the right build.
- 02InstallMac: drag it to Applications. Windows: run setup.
- 03Open and sign inSign in in your browser, then allow the microphone (and System Audio Recording on a Mac).
Which Mac do I have?
Choose Apple menu → About This Mac. If it shows a Chip such as Apple M1 or later, download Apple silicon. If it shows a Processor with Intel in the name, download Intel.
Why does it need macOS 14.4?
macOS 14.4 is the first version that lets an app hear the other side of a call through System Audio Recording, without recording your screen.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. Nothing joins your call. Sales Copilot runs on your computer and listens to your microphone and your computer's audio.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other meeting apps that play through your computer's audio. It works through system audio, not app integrations.
Is my audio stored?
No. Raw audio, recordings, screenshots and screen video are not stored. Transcripts and Debriefs are kept in your workspace. Privacy Policy
Do I need a subscription?
Yes. Your Personal workspace needs the Pro subscription, and Team members are covered by their Team's subscription. There is no free trial. Pricing
How do updates work?
Sales Copilot is signed and updates in place on Mac and Windows; you don't need to download it again.
Can I install it on a work computer?
Yes, if your company lets you install apps. Some managed computers need IT to approve new apps and the System Audio Recording permission.
Is there a phone app?
No. Sales Copilot runs beside your video call on a Mac or Windows PC. On your phone you can send yourself the download link.
