A hard pricing question rarely waits for the debrief. Chorus, ZoomInfo's conversation intelligence product, captures customer calls, meetings and emails and analyses them for the team. Sales Copilot by Cluely AI is built for the moment the question is asked: it puts an answer on the rep's screen while the call is still live. This page compares the two from ZoomInfo's own public pages, checked on November 4, 2026.
The short version
Choose Chorus if your team already works in ZoomInfo and wants recorded calls, meetings and emails analysed for coaching, deal and market insight, synced to the CRM and tied to ZoomInfo contact data. Choose Sales Copilot if you want an answer in front of the rep when the buyer asks a hard question, from your own materials, with practice before the call and a Debrief after it.

How Chorus works
ZoomInfo describes Chorus as a conversation intelligence product that helps sales teams capture and analyse all customer calls, meetings and emails. Its product page groups the work into sales call analysis, onboarding and enablement (finding winning behaviours, reducing new-hire ramp time, methodology adherence), deal intelligence (syncing contacts and communications to the CRM and measuring deal momentum and churn risk), market intelligence (the voice of the customer and competitive insights) and connected intelligence, which brings ZoomInfo contact and company intelligence to the team, with the relationship history for each contact or company.
According to ZoomInfo's help centre, Chorus checks your synced calendar for meetings to join and needs a video conference link in the event. By default it does not join internal meetings, so at least one external participant must be invited, and it records only the audio that goes through that conference line. Users need a Recorder licence to have their meetings recorded; Listener licences give access to recorded calls. Organisations can also configure a native Zoom integration, and a rep can add Chorus to a live call from the Chorus homepage.
How Sales Copilot works
Before a call, you create a Prospect: a brief about the deal, materials from your Library such as a product overview or pricing sheet, and a Playbook for the kind of conversation it is, from a first discovery call to a late-stage negotiation. You can rehearse with an AI buyer that uses the same context and replies in text while you answer aloud. The discovery call preparation guide covers what to put in the brief.
During the live call, Sales Copilot listens and, as soon as the buyer asks a question, shows one focus card: what they asked, a line to say (the cockpit labels it Say), up to two supporting points and, when it helps, a question to ask back (Ask). When a new answer arrives, the previous one folds into a one-line bar. You read it and say it your way. There is no live transcript on screen; the transcript is in the Debrief.
After the call, the Debrief ties its feedback to evidence in the transcript, alongside the Account Action Plan. Sales Copilot does not write to your CRM and is not a prospecting database.
ZoomInfo data and your own materials
Chorus's connected intelligence brings ZoomInfo contact and company intelligence to the team, with the relationship history for each contact or company. For teams that prospect with ZoomInfo, that ties call insight to the same account data they already use.
Sales Copilot draws on different context: the conversation itself, your Prospect brief, the materials in your Library and the Playbook you chose. When the buyer asks about security, implementation or how your price compares, the answer it shows comes from what you prepared. The guide to live help on Zoom, Meet and Teams calls explains how that works on each kind of call.
Capture without a meeting bot
Chorus joins the meetings it records, or records through a configured native Zoom integration. Recorded calls stay available in Chorus to Recorder and Listener users.
Sales Copilot has no meeting bot. It runs in your browser, where live calls need Chrome or Edge on a computer and you share the meeting's tab, or as a desktop app for Mac and Windows that hears your microphone and your computer's call audio without sharing a tab. It works with calls in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other meeting apps through that audio; it is not a native integration with any of them.
Live audio is sent for speech recognition to produce text. Raw audio, recordings, screenshots and screen video are not stored; transcripts, Debriefs and derived memory are. With either tool, notice and consent are the responsibility of the rep and their organisation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Pricing
Neither the Chorus product page nor ZoomInfo's pricing page lists prices. ZoomInfo says it offers custom packages based on your B2B data use cases and needs, and directs buyers to its sales team.
Sales Copilot publishes its Pro and Team prices on the pricing page. Pro covers one person's Personal workspace; Team is priced per seat with a two-seat minimum. There is no free trial; refund requests are accepted within 14 days.
Questions to settle before you choose
If your go-to-market already runs on ZoomInfo and the gap is visibility into what happened on calls, Chorus is built for that. If reps prepare well but struggle to answer hard questions in the moment, that is a live-call problem, and live assistance addresses it.
- Does your team already use ZoomInfo for prospecting and account data?
- Do you need recordings kept, or would transcripts and Debriefs be enough?
- Is a recorder joining customer meetings acceptable to your buyers?
- Do your reps need an answer during the call, or mainly coaching afterwards?
- Do you need published prices, or a custom package through sales?
Frequently asked questions
How is Chorus sold?
Chorus is a ZoomInfo product. Neither its product page nor ZoomInfo's pricing page lists prices; ZoomInfo offers custom packages and directs buyers to its sales team. Sales Copilot publishes its Pro and Team prices on the pricing page.
Does Chorus help during a live call?
ZoomInfo's help centre describes Chorus joining and recording the meeting, and a rep can add Chorus to a live call. The Chorus pages we checked describe capture and analysis; they do not describe suggested answers during the call. Sales Copilot shows one focus card with a line to say, up to two points and a question to ask back as soon as the buyer asks a question.
Can Sales Copilot write to my CRM?
No. Sales Copilot does not write back to a CRM, and you do not need one to start. The Debrief and the Account Action Plan stay in your workspace. ZoomInfo says Chorus captures and syncs contacts and communications to your CRM.
Does Sales Copilot need an internet connection during the call?
Yes. Live audio is sent for speech recognition to produce text while the call is happening, so the app needs a connection. Raw audio, recordings and screenshots are not stored; transcripts and Debriefs are.
Which meeting apps does Sales Copilot work with?
It works with calls in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other meeting apps through the audio on your computer in the desktop app for Mac and Windows, or by sharing the meeting's browser tab in Chrome or Edge. These are not native integrations, and no bot joins the meeting.
